What exactly do you mean by “dummy columns” and “standardization”.
Which course are you attending. You posted in “General Discussions”, so we don’t really know the context for your question.
Sorry for not being clear. I one-hot encoded categorical features. I wonder if I should standardize the resulting dummy columns before fitting the logistic regression model, and min-max scale the resulting dummy columns before fitting the K Nearest Neighbors model.

No, that’s not necessary, since the values are limited to 0 and 1. There is no benefit in further scaling of those values.
