In the coursera course, there is a mistake by Laurence Moroney: He talks about the learning rate being between 10^-6 and 10^-5, like 5*10^-5. But this not within these boundaries… It’s larger then 10^-5.

He mentioned that lr is between 10^-6 and 10^-5. He should take a value between those limits.
