Shows 76% completed, but I have watched all the videos and labs.
Unable to generate certificate for it nor shows 100% completed.

Make Sure labs and graded assigment you have done above 70%(Quiz mark) to count it is done.

I checked the dashboard and found that I have the certificate generated: DeepLearning.AI Course Certificate for Supervised Machine Learning: Regression and Classification

But in the course section it’s displaying 76%.
