if you running on different console other than course provided platform, then one needs to make sure to download all the necessary files to run the codes successfully, with added requirement to follow the module version given in the requirement.txt.file which you will find when you click File ==> Open section

course provides best tutorial guidance on labs.
what kind of guidance are looking as I already provided you details on how to run codes locally.
Not to forget, deeplearning.ai don’t assist any guidance further on labs codes to run locally.
It is completely interest of learner to do so.
