You should use the search tool first. For example:

This way you can find solutions to your problem. If none of the threads solve your problem, please specify what you tried or where (which line, etc) you have doubts.

Showing that you did some prior work and being explicit what is not working for you increases the chances that someone would respond. While on the other hand, if you create a thread for every failed attempt, then the chances for someone responding probably decreases.
