Nn_model testcase not passing

nn_model function test for Weight matrix is not passing. I am using the initialize parameters and update parameters for initilaizing and updating the weights and biases. These functions were passing their individual test cases from the previous exercises. I am not understanding why they are not passing for the nn_model. I have added the screen shots here for the nn_model and the test fail errors.
