**Any idea why I get this message everytime I submit my lab assignment?

There was a problem loading the file 'credentials'. Details:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/shared/submission/credentials'
I got the correct grade of one assignment after submitting 3 times. I did not change anything. Just resubmit until it works.
I had this same issue in module 2 lab, I submitted severally, but I couldn’t get the full score. I have also complained on this platform but no one is giving me any solution.
Now I am in Module 4 facing another challenge, and I don’t know if they will attend to me. its frustrating.
Best thing would be to run all cells in sequence.
In each cell there should be exercise tag, and make sure it is not removed.

I’ve notified the course staff that there are several active forum threads that discuss various issues in the DE courses.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Hi @leonardosnr @Philipebuka. I’m really sorry you are experiencing this issue. If you resubmit enough times you should get it solve, but I understand how frustrating that must be.
I have already escalated this bug to Coursera, and are waiting for a solution. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get it solved fast enough.
