Not able tco complete Lab3 in GEN AI LLM

Lab says spend over 20$ and not opening even in incognito mode. I am not able to complete the Generative AI with Large Language Models in coursera as Lab 3 doesnt start up. Please help as course will expire 16-Jan-26 and I will get zero credits just due to one lab.
