Not able to install trax and tensorflow-text on Macbook M1

I usually go through tutorial on my own computer, and using Python 3.10.5.

However, I am not able to install trax==1.3.9 on my Macbook M1. Here is the error message:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow-text (from trax) (from versions: none)

The trax version I can install is 1.2.4.

And also I am not able to install tensorflow-text on my machine as well.

Any suggestions?
