Not stable tool usage from query engine

The query: “How do agents share information with other agents?” may use different query engines (summary instead of vector search like in the video course). For example here:

At the next try the Selecting query engine 1 was chosen. At the 4-th try again Selecting query engine 0. So it seems like this tool is not stable
