Can someone share the Notation guide which Andrew mentioned in the “Binary Classification lecture” ?

The course notes are available in the “DLS Resources” area, here on the forum. Perhaps it is there.

Otherwise, please say which week of the course that lecture can be found.

The notation guide is a PDF file that is linked under the “Resources” section on the left menu of any of the course pages as shown in the green rectangle at the lower left here:

I am enrolled in deeplearning.ai not on coursera is this the same one ?

All the course material is the same between the two platforms, but on the new DLAI learning platform the “user interface” is a little bit different. To find that same PDF file with the notations on the DeepLearning version of the course, first click on the Lecture Notes item highlighted in this screenshot from the Week 1 page:

Once you click the link to get to the notes page, then the notations PDF is highlighted here:

Actually the Lecture Notes page is here on the Discourse forum, so maybe that’s the better way to get to it from either version of the course.

If you are taking the courses on Coursera, you can find the Lecture Notes links by clicking into one of the weeks of the course and then scroll down towards the end of the overview of the week to find the link. E.g. here it is in Week 1 for DLS Course 1 on Coursera:
