What is Number of jobs completely affected by AI ??
Don’t worry, AI will create more jobs. We need to learn to use AI effectively.
I’d guess that the answer is “all of them”.
The important question is whether the affect will be positive or negative.
And if it’s negative, how do we mitigate that to everyone’s benefit.
22 to 38% additional jobs will create, which is very positive sign of AI development. Well, main question is whether existing performer should require to train with new technical development and they have to learn for existance. Otherwise New generation will take up the place displacing the old. And this will create problem for a sector of aged workforce. Will my friends agree with me.
@Tushar_kanti_Dhar, do you have a source for your numbers?
Mickensey Global Institute, as learned .
In introductory courses, it is mentioned that we should consider that jobs are broken down into tasks, and these are the ones that are ultimately “taken over” by artificial intelligence; in this context, it’s more than 80%. Regarding the creation of new jobs, what we must consider is that these jobs may not necessarily be taken over by employees displaced by AI. For humans, reinventing ourselves more than three times is a significant challenge. The interface of tools that enhance our capabilities with AI must evolve to avoid becoming a barrier to entry. On the contrary, in the role of an assistant-tutor, it should facilitate the development of skills that keep individuals relevant in the market. This way, there is a symbiotic development of the Assistant-AI and the Human Intelligence (HI).
This depends on who you ask :-). I’ve seen a report from the international monetary fund that states that 60% of jobs in the western world are exposed to AI. Half of the 60% is a risk to fall victim to AI. This means, 30% of jobs are at risk. We’ll see, what will actually happen, personally I think that we’ll see job cuts. More than ever, it’s time to upskill and learn about “AI”, because this time it’s different: AI Evolution and Jobs: is it this Time Different?
