On one of the videos of the first week of this course, Andrew Ng says that online advertisement is example as an application of supervised learning. He says that the tool received info on the ad and user as an input, and the output is whether the user will click. the options are yes or no, 0 or 1. Could the AI not be able to grade the output? So for example, say the user is 50% likely to click on the ad?

It is not related to what he says, but yes an AI model trained over many users it can spot certain behaviour patterns of the user that can give an indication if he is going to click the add or not. But this is not related to what he says , its a different application!

Thank you Gent! I guess the video just wanted to show a simple example of how supervised learning can be applied.
