I would say the best one is probably the one that suits you best in terms of content, teaching style, and specialization. So if you find an online master that potentially interests you, have a look who’s teaching and and see if you can find some youtube videos or the like by those teachers. This should give you an idea of what to expect when entering the online master. You can also take some shorter courses provided by faculty of the university you are considering, so you can see if the teaching style, content, and orientation fit your interest.
