I have just watch Andrew’s video lesson for Course 1 Week 3 Decision Boundary and at 9 mins 34 secs into the video he presents two illustrations of a non-linear decision boundary, one shaped liked an eliipse another one with an amorphous shape to it.

In both these examples, he says that inside the non-linear decision boundary the predicted value of the output of the logisitic regression model hat{y}

are you taking this as mistake because what if x1 is lesser than the threshold and yet x1 and x2 equals to 1 would be considered an incorrect parameter?

does the video mention homogeneity condition too?
