Problem downloading data.json for the C4W4 Chatbot assignment

When I try to download the C4W4 Chatbot assignment’s data/data.json to run the assignment locally, the interface loads a new blank page with the “Coursera / Submit Assignment / Navigate / Help” header but nothing else, and the download doesn’t start.

Is anyone able to download data.json from the C4W4 assignment?
