Problem runing rock, paper and scissors app in Android Studio (Optional Exercise)

I am getting the following when I run the app in Android Studio

W/ImageReader_JNI: Unable to acquire a buffer item, very likely client tried to acquire more than maxImages buffers
D/on image available: true1440 1080

The app does not show predictions, however it runs and activates the camara of the cellphone

Did you manage to get this optional exercise to work?

I am currently trying to do it but have had little luck.

Does anyone have a guide regarding this exercise? How do put my new model and labels in the object detection app?
