Problem with Jupyter Notebook

Does anyone know how to fix the Jupyter Notebook so that the ‘content block’ revert to how they should look like? I have tried choosing “MarkDown” again in the tab but it doesn’t work.

just run that cell or Shift + Enter (for MacBook)
