They have a lot a roadmaps about any career path. And one of then is Prompt engineering.
Keep in mind there is no guarantee that that roadmap will get you a Job as a Prompt engineering, but i think it is a good starting point.
Unfortunately, they don’t have any resources related with Excel.
This is a personal tip, but, if you are a developer, and looking for build a good applications and have no knowledge about prompting engineering, i strongly recommend a Prompting engineering course provide by Deeplearning.ai:

I already completed the " [ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers" course and it was awesome.
I went through the link you provided however it seems there are just theoretical pages which we need to read and I cannot find any practical things which we can get some hands-on.
I had have the same perception when i went through it a couple weeks back.
But it seams OK, though. Since it is a really fresh concept that was introduce with generative LLMs it is kind a expect behavior.
The good news is that the roadmap.sh platform it is a continuous updating project. So, as soon as possible they will be updating with a new contents and tools.
