Raven functions not working in Notebooks

I am getting an error when I run any celll related to the NexusFlow Raven API:

ConnectTimeout: HTTPConnectionPool(host='nexusraven.nexusflow.ai', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7f0b22475410>, 'Connection to nexusraven.nexusflow.ai timed out. (connect timeout=None)')

Is there a way to resolve this, please let me know.
