Required Libraries for Local Computer

Hello! I hope you are doing well.
I have completed course 1 and 2 and am now trying to implement all the learning on my local computers. I found that I have to install many libraries in my local machine, for example, TensorFlow, lab_utils, etc. Can you please guide me how many and how to install these libraries? I will be highly thankful to you.
