I am a Software Engineer with 10 years of experience in Java and .NET. Rather than pivoting to a pure AI research or data science role, I want to become an AI-native developer.
My goal is to incorporate AI features— Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, etc—directly into production-grade software development, similar to how we integrated cloud technologies into web applications a decade ago.
I am looking for a roadmap that bridges the gap between traditional backend engineering and modern AI-native workflows.
