Thank for great contents as always.
Could you please show an alternative to OpenAI embeddings and models?

HuggingFace has thousands of models that can be used.
All are contributed by big and small companies.

OpenAI is not practical to be used all the time due to its cost associated with it.
Besides, many would want to download the models and run them locally especially for applications like RAG with LLM.

Thanks and understood.
I already took the NLP course from HuggingFace and I am using their models.

What I am saying is that only OpenAI ($$) is being presented in the langchain course when a lot more are available (open source).
