So I have a question guys if I finish the ML specialization can I get accepted in some companies or something like that or it is not enough?

It would be sufficient for tasks that only require basic ML skills.

In general, study more ML topics (such as deep learning), and get more experience (from tasks you might find online at sites like Kaggle).
