I complete the task in the notebook and the unit tests run, but when I submit it, it doesn’t let me. I don’t understand what’s happening.

The system does not rate the activity, at the time of uploading it.

Does the grader throw some error messages? If so please post a screen capture of the detailed grader feedback.
