Hi. This is usually because of a failed pip install. Please check that the 2nd cell of the notebook runs successfully before importing the packages. Unless the instructions mention it, you shouldn’t need to restart the kernel after that cell completes the package installations. It should show a number beside it like [2] instead of [ ]. If the error persists in the import cell, please post a screenshot of the output of the pip install cell. Thanks.
