The test your split_data function runs for a very long time and doesnt end the cell execution.

Can you try restarting your Kernel it may be probably the network drop if it exisist try reloading the page?

I have been running the test your split_data function cell for about an hour long and still it doesnot complete.
Hi @Bijay_Kumar_Pachhai, usually it takes less than 20 seconds. Maybe you introduced an infinite loop?

It was probably a kind of infinite loop. But the problem is all solved now, thanks for your help.
