Thinking about how to enrich vectors to improve performance of Textrank algorithm

Hello. I am currently doing a project on text summarization of legal documents using extractive technology i.e Text Rank algorithm. In order to imrpove the output i was wondering how can i enrich the vectors representing vertices in the graphs.
