Time series data having multiple observations for different time step

I have a crop yield dataset which has around 6000 rows for each year. I want to apply RNN to this dataset but the problem is i don’t how. I have worked on time series data which had one row for each year but now i have 6000 each. Please help i have been stuck at this for 3 months.
