Hello everyone. This is Xiaoshen, and I am a Business Head for an IT consultancy. I am genuinely interested in learning new technologies and see how it transform the various industries, business domains, and actually create value. My recent curiosity/puzzle sits with how does GenAI can be more effectively adopted by the large traditional organizations who generally has lower speed to adopt new techs. They not only face the mindset challenges, more around the infrastructure, data readiness, concerns around compliance etc.So I’d hope can join this community and discuss more of these cases, to see how to best support these organizations to enjoy the benefit of GenAI sooner. Change seems to happen for humans because of need, generally speaking. Only very rarely you can see change as a natural course. So if these organizations have a need to change they will make and effort to change.
Seems to me that you should identify specific benefits that these organizations can immediately relate to.
For example, “If you do <insert AI process here>, you will see <value> increased revenue (or reduced expenses).”
