Triplet Loss Function - Wrong result

Hello,

I have tried all possible solutions for the function and I tested my code several times on the provided matrix example but I am still getting a wrong result equal to 3.4070156.
Can someone please with a diagnosis and tell me at least what is the reason of the error so that I can fix it ?
