Unable to install packages

Hi, I am unable to install the packages required for the lab in week 3.
I have tried many times, restarted the kernel, etc. but the issue still persists.

Any help on resolving this is appreciated.

I let the instance get decommissioned and started the next day on a new instance.
still facing the same issue.

unfortunately my deadline is very close
