I have tried both methods, It doesn’t work 
- Toggle Line Comment
- Windows/Linux:
Ctrl + /
2. Remove Line Comment (Ctrl + K Ctrl + U)
This is a known issue shared by others {similar question 1} {similar question 2}. The Ctrl + / toggle comment often doesn’t work in assignment files. A reliable workaround is to select the block and use Alt + Shift + I to toggle line comment. I hope this works for you!
