Hi, On the very last part of HW 1 Week 4, I am receiving this error message: NameError: name ‘update_parameters_test_case’ is not defined Am I correct that this is a bug with the program rather than reflecting any error on my part?

It is probably not a bug on your part, just a misunderstanding about how the notebooks work. There is a topic about that on the FAQ Thread.
