UNQ_C9 do not run

Hello everybody,

I’m trying to run my definition for UNQ_C9 but since yesterday a’ve been waiting for answer from notebook but nothing happend. This time it’s took me 2 hours and no answer.

padded_length = token_length = ... is not required. You need to initialize only padded_length.
