Video not playing

The video on “What LLMs can and cannot do” is not playing and gives a message saying “try back after some time”. Has anyone else encountered this error?

We can try some simple workarounds.

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Log out and log back in
  3. Restore your browser to the default settings in order to make sure no add-on or extension is affecting your session

The video gives me the same error as you when I try to view it in the Coursera iOS app, but plays if I view it on the Coursera site through my browser.

We can try some troubleshootings in order to determine this error:

  1. Check if your device is updated
  2. Check if your app it is on the latest version
  3. Reinstall the application
  4. Check if your network connection is stable

Thanks for the welcome! I’ve tried all the suggested steps but still have the same result in the app. It seems to be just a problem with that one video so far. All the earlier ones played fine in the app.

I also had the same problem with this one video in the app, and ended up watching it through the browser.

I can also report the same issue. just completed the course and this was the single video that would not play on the mobile iOS Coursera app. However it does work fine on the Coursera web site through a desktop browser

Is your device iOS or android?

Have you tried the steps proposed above?

If so, there is some new error or message that you received that is different that the messages already reported by the other fellow learners?

For now, they recommend to use the web platform until they fix it.

The developer team reach me out and update the ticket. Looks like the lesson was re-uploaded and should be work now.

I wondering if you guys could watched the lesson again on the iOS platform just to make sure that everything is work fine.
