after i run the cell to load dataset, its not loading data.
Your image shows that you ran the cell. That will have loaded the dataset.
There is no function or command in the cell that would display the dataset.
Why do you believe it was not loaded?
In the video of lab walkthrough when the teacher ran this cell, there is a progress bar.
I think the data has been loaded in my cell though.
Try running the next cell, see if that is able to access the dataset.
