W4A1 - jazz improv: training the model - history variable produces error

I successfully passed the unit tests for defining djmodel. The rest of the following cells do not need my input and when I attempt to run
history = model.fit([X, a0, c0], list(Y), epochs=100, verbose=0)
I get this error message:

I realize it’s possible there may be an error in the djmodel() assignment but I would have not expected that after passing the unit tests.

The tests may not catch all problems. Or maybe the other way to look at it is that running “fit()” on your model is part of the tests and it fails. :scream_cat:

One easy experiment to try is to get everything into a consistent state by doing:

Kernel -> Restart and Clear Output
Save
Cell -> Run All

Then page through the notebook and see if there are any errors. If it still fails in the same place you showed above, then we’ll need to look at your code to figure out what is wrong. We can’t do that in a public thread, but check your DMs for a message from me about how to proceed.
