The quiz has inaccuracies and contradictory answers built into it, furthermore, across different tries, the answer to the same question slightly rephrased turns out to have different answers contributing to the weakening of a student’s intuition.

I may be misinterpreting but these instances are truly demotivating.
I have seen this happen with learners time and time again and usually this is the case:
The important thing to remember here is that the question statement is, "Which of these should you do first ? "
Now, please remember, there are 3 different variations of this question with slight rephrasing AND different answer options. This is what students don’t realise.
Students think that since it is rephrasing, all the options were the same as before. They are not.
The next time you attempt this question, please consider that the question asks what will you do first ?
And second thing to consider after reading the options, which option has precedent over the others.
