I am doing Week 2 labwork - setting up Cloud9 environment, and connecting to the Amazon RDS and MySQL

However, I am getting the following error message:
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘<url.’ (115)

Anyone encountered this before?
