I have an ‘Failed to retrieve MathJax from ". Math/LaTeX rendering will be disabled.’ error when trying to launch the lab. How can I fix that?

Look at whether you have a browser plugin that is blocking pop-ups, ads, or maybe an internet firewall rule.

I had reloaded Chrome and lab run. Anyway, thank you for your answer.

You might try using an anonymous browser session.
