I don’t understand why in the step 3 P(w|class), for the word Happy (negative), Because (positive) he got the value 0.15 but for learning (positive and negative ) got the value 0.08 if the word have de same value 1.

Sadly, this table (on the right) is not correct. The values should have been:
(2 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.23 | (1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15
(1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15 | (0 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.08 (0.0769)
(1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15 | (1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15
(1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15 | (1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15
(1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15 | (2 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.23
(1 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.15 | (2 + 1) / (7 + 6) = 0.23
I guess this mistake came because of different versions of this course (you can see that on the left the words are stemmed but on the right they are not).
Anyways, props for paying attention 
Thanks for información, I believe if the course has some issues those need to be solved, because it is not the unique issue that I have noticed in the course.
