may i ask why my grade is 80/100 even i pass all test and got positive result from gradient_check_n* test as “Your backward propagation works perfectly fine! difference = 1.1890913024229996e-07” ?
Hey @Lucy_Hui,
Mind showing us the grader’s complete output, like for which graded exercise your score has been deducted. If your score has been deducted in the backprop section, do check it once again for any possible errors, since it is completely possible for the test cases to miss out on some errors. If you are unable to find the issue, feel free to DM your code to me. Click on my name, and select “Message”.
Make sure to not post it here since it is strictly against the community guidelines. I hope this helps.

The notebook tests do not give very good feedback about the output of the 1D version of gradient_check. Here’s what the output should look like:
Your backward propagation works perfectly fine! difference = 2.919335883291695e-10
If the value you see is different than that, it would indicate a problem in that code. I’ve seen that cause this 80/100 syndrome for a number of people recently.
Hey @paulinpaloalto,
This was indeed the issue. It feels like you know the issues just like the back of your hand, Sir
