You don’t need to master NumPy and Matplotlib for starting optional labs, but having a basic understanding of these libraries will be very helpful. Start by learning the core concepts of them. You can gradually build your knowledge by working through the labs and referencing tutorials as you go. Also, it is important to practice, too!
