Week3 Exercise 8 error was in exercise 4 's function, but I pass all test case in exercise 4,so where is the issue?

In exercise8, the error was in forward_propagation() function, but my forward_propagation() exercise(which is exercise 4) passed all test case.

So i don’t know where is wrong , as show in screenshot, my answer and parameter were identical with instruction wrote above the question.

Can you share your lab ID with me ? In the assignment, when you click the top right “Help” button, a panel will open and your lab ID will be shown at the bottom.
