I have taken the quiz and I think there is an error in the grading criteria for one of the questions, but afraid to reveal the answer by posting a screenshot here.
so how to give feedback about the quiz?

Also describe why you think the grading is incorrect.

okay, the screenshot is above and I think it is not correct because the question asks whether the network will keep the (h x w) and it is not asking about the number of channels or classes c or k, so it should accept my answer I think.

The question includes the word “always”, and your answer ignores the topic of classes.
“Always” is almost never a correct answer.
