I am not a developer, I am running my own business and interested to embed ai in our applications and systems.
What AI course should i start with?

Hi Amjad,

I work in the IT department of a mid-size company. I first trained many colleagues to use ChatGPT. The response from the colleagues was great. Their fear of losing their jobs turned into enthusiasm for what AI can do for them to make their work easier.
The next step was to analyze the workflows of our different departments. I found ways to use custom GPTs to optimize them (easy and quick).
We get a lot of publicity of many different AI tools and check if they are a option for us. Most of them aren’t. You have to know your systems very well to be able to decide if it is possible to include AI.

So, my recommendation is: start small and build up from there.
