Seems like the hot topic in India is right now GPT model, Jio Brain.
How many of our indian fellas have used it here? and what are your views? Do you feel it can compete with openAI or Gemini??

Jio brain from what I understand is an ML as a service platform. While they seem to provide a subset of services offered by Google Vertex AI and Looker, there’s no sign of Jio building foundational models. So, I don’t think it makes sense to compare Jio with with Gemini / OpenAI.
Please see the image below where they market themselves as a helping hand for deploying / customizing existing LLMs.

Surely the way they advertising seemed liké, so basically they used vertex AI to create their own vector database.
Great probably that’s why they want to target the young Indian crowd with free subscriptions 
most of the people were apprehensive about “pehle free, baad mein paisa” jaise comments, but most of them fell for words like Indian who accepted sam altman’s challenge
