This is a very low-level question. I am in the hw of "

Residual_Networks". I found out the code is directly given like

```
X = Conv2D(filters = F1, kernel_size = 1, strides = (1,1), padding = 'valid', kernel_initializer = initializer(seed=0))(X)
```

So, where is the “tf.keras.layers”. ? I tried

```
X = tf.keras.layers.Conv2D(filters = F1, kernel_size = 1, strides = (1,1), padding = 'valid', kernel_initializer = initializer(seed=0))(X)
```

the code still works.

I assume this is something to do at the very beginning. Can someone show me which line made this possible? Thank you.
