Why this assingnment is so big? and not clear

This assignment is so big and during lectures, there is no info about the codes. Coding is also part of learning but there is no teaching but when it comes to assignment its incredibly huge.

This has been a problem throughout this specialization, but it is much worse in this lab than previous ones.
